2 cupRice puffs or kurmura
1tomato
1onion, chopped
1green chilly
1/2 cuptamarind and jaggery pulp
1salt
1boiled potato
1 tsplemon juice
1 tbspcoriander leaves

Steps

Make the pulp of tamarind and jaggery by heating it and straining out the pulp.

Finely chop tomato, onion,chilly.Smash the potato and mix well.

Add the rice puffs, lemon juice , tamrind pulp & salt together mix well and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve immediately!! Enjoy
