Take a bowl and place the pieces of pork

In a small cup mix the spices and olive oil and stir

Then pour the mix into the pork pieces and rub them and let it leave for few minutes while you preparing the griller

Then place them on the griller and let them braai on each side +-10 minutes

Once they have grilled then they are ready to be served. I enjoyed them with roasted vegetables
