Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 lbground beef
  • 3 tspfresh garlic
  • 2 tbspminced or chopped onion
  • 1 boxlasagna noodles
  • 1 cantomato paste (large)
  • 1 1/2 cantomato sauce ( large)
  • 1 packagesfinely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packagesfinely shredded mozarrella cheese
  • 1 boxgarlic toast
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspground black pepper

    Mix beef, onions,garlic, salt & pepper. Cook on med high

  2. 2

    Boil noodles criss crossing each one w a pinch of salt so they don't stick as much

  3. 3

    Drain beef. Add tomato sauce & paste, cook on low-med for 20 minutes. Taste if not to our liking add a Lil garlic salt. I use garlic salt w parsley.

    Drain noodles & add cold water

  5. 5

    Bake toast for 8-10 minutes

  6. 6

    Layer ur pan with noodles. Top w meat mixture. Add some cheddar cheese. Layer more noodles. Add the remaining meat mixture. Add cheddar cheese. Top w Mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Let cool & serve w garlic bread & salad
