Peel and boil your Irish potatoes till it's cooked. Put all your vegetables in big chunks as see in the picture.

Cut your smoked chicken also in big chunks. Put your ground nut oil in a pan, grate your garlic and ginger into the oil, pour your chopped onions then pour all the sliced veggies and chicken,shrimps,

Add your maggi, salt,curry. Cook for 10mins serve with rice
