Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 teaspoonmeetha soda
  3. 1 teaspoonkhada dhania
  4. 1 teaspoonjeera
  5. 3green chillies
  6. Pinchhing
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Handfulgreen coriander
  9. Water as required
  10. Oil

  1. 1

    Take wheat flour, salt, hing and make batter with water. Batter should be watery consistency like dosa batter. Now add meetha soda and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in heavy bottom kadai add jeera, dhania and green chillies.

  3. 3

    Add wheat flour batter in kadai and stir it countinusly.

  4. 4

    Keep stir countinusly to avoid lumps. Mixture will get thicken after sometime.

  5. 5

    When mixture leaves the corners, switch off the flame and add handful of chopped green coriander.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with groundnut oil/ghee on top.
