First and formost mash the boiled potatoes.

Add all the ingredients mentioned above to the mashed potatoes & mix it well.

Give the mixture whichever shape you like.

Before taking it to fry, coat you cutlets with bread crums and shallow fry on medium flame until golden brown.

You are ready with your aloo cutlets. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney or whichever dips you like.
