Ingredients

  • 2chicken breasts
  • 1bay leaf
  • 2 mediumcarrots
  • 2celery stalks
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1/4 tspdried thyme
  • 2boxes chicken broth
  • 6oz. medium egg noodles
  • 2 tbspBadia Complete Seasoning
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, cook chicken with badia in olive oil. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Saute onions, celery and carrots until browned.

    Add broth, noodles, chicken and bay leaf. Simmer until noodles are done. Finish with salt and pepper.
