Mix semolina besan curd and salt and make a semi thick batter like of idli batter

Mix eno properly

Grease your steaming dish and pour the batter in it and steam it for 15-20 minutes or till your kinfe comes out clean

Heat oil and add all the tempering thing and cook till it's cracking sound comes

Pour it in the prepared dhokla and serve it with green chutney
