Take a pan and add oil let it burn till it smoke

Now add hing and cumin and add amla.Let it fry on sim flame till it becomes soft it will take time and in between check it again and again

After it become soft add salt chilli powder corinder powder turmeric garam masala and again on sim flame so it becomes cripsy

Another way pressure cook amla upto 3 whistle

Add oil let it burn now add hing cumin and boiled or soft amla

Now add all spices mirch salt turmeric corinder powder garam masala and let it cook for 10 min on low flame

Amla sabji or amla is ready to serve
