Take a cooker and boil water as required to cook the dal now add soaked dal mustard oil turneric salt in dal and pressure cook until 3 whistle

Now cook the dal on low flame approx more than half hour till then take another pan add desi ghee in it

Now add hing cumin and onion fry it until golden brown.Now add ginger and green chilli

Now add tomato and all spices mirch corinder powder garam masala and cook it 2 min on low flame

Add pinch of sugar in tadka (optional) and corrinder fresh leaves

Now open the cooker if you find water is required add more boiled water in it

Now cook the daal on medium high flame approx 10min till it becomes red in colour

When it's colour changes add malayi or cream

Your dal is ready to serve
