Grilled Chicken & Bacon with Garlic White Sauce

Best Pizza Ever!!! I used "HEB storemade" crema (thicker than regular sour cream) & ricotta cuz my store didn't carry the frommage blanc...tasted awesome! Next time I think I'll add some ranch powder to the sauce for a different flavor!

Cooking Instructions

In medium skillet cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. With slotted spoon remove bacon and cook onion until caramelized remove with slotted spoon to same bowl with bacon. Then cook chopped chicken until cooked through and remove to same bowl as bacon & onions. Stir in chopped basil and salt & pepper to taste.

Whisk together (or blend in food processor) frommage blanc & creme fraiche with flour & italian seasoning and salt & pepper to taste.
- 4
Spread sauce mixture evenly over each pizza crust. Sprinkle shredded Monterrey jack over sauce, then sprinkle chicken bacon mixture over cheese. Sprinkle basil evenly over each pizza then top with sliced mozzarella.
- 5
Place crusts (I used prepared ones but you can make your own if you prefer) on a cookie sheet (or you can cook directly on the rack if you prefer more crispy crust). Bake for about 12 minutes, or until cheese melted and crust desired crispiness.

Gratin Bread (with Microwaved White Sauce) Gratin Bread (with Microwaved White Sauce)
Piping hot gratin is so tasty during the colder seasons. I combined it with bread.・I used large aluminum muffin cups from the 100 yen shop.・If you don't have heavy cream, you can use 250 g of regular milk,・Since this white sauce is poured on the bread, it's thicker than usual. (If planning to use in cooking, decrease half of the bouillon). Recipe by DUFFYchan cookpad.japan
