Ingredients

1 boxpuff pastry, thawed
1/4 cuphoney mixed with 1/4 c toasted pecans, chopped
1 eachround of brie cheese
1 eachegg stirred with 1T water

Preheat oven to 400

Unfold pastry sheet on floured surface. Roll into 14" square.

Spread pecan mix in center of pastry

Top with round of brie

Fold opposite sides of pastry over cheese. Trim other two sides to 2" FROM cheese and brush all edges with eggwash and press all edges to seal.

Place upside down on cookie sheet. Decorate top with scraps of pastry.

Brush with egg mix. Bake 20-25 min. Let stand at least half hour. Serve with Ritz crackers
