Ingredients

1 1/2 lbGround beef
1/2Onion diced
2 cloveGarlic minced
2 cupEnchilada sauce
2 cupMonterey Jack or cheddar cheese
1 canOlives
1 boxTortilla chips

Steps

Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender, about three minutes. Stir in enchilada sauce, olives
and top with grated cheese. Cover and allow cheese to melt.

Top with sour cream and serve with tortilla chips
