6 ozGround or cubed meat
1 mediumonion, chopped
3 eachSerrano peppers diced
3 eachsweet peppers chopped
1 canmushrooms
1 canbeans (I used black beans)
1 cantomatoes diced
2 oztomato paste

While browning meat add teaspoon of cayenne

Add onions and Serrano peppers so they are soft

Add sweet peppers, mushrooms and beans

Put in the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce
5

Simmer for 15 minutes to blend flavors
