Ingredients

  1. 6 ozGround or cubed meat
  2. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  3. 3 eachSerrano peppers diced
  4. 3 eachsweet peppers chopped
  5. 1 canmushrooms
  6. 1 canbeans (I used black beans)
  7. 1 cantomatoes diced
  8. 2 oztomato paste

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    While browning meat add teaspoon of cayenne

  2. 2

    Add onions and Serrano peppers so they are soft

  3. 3

    Add sweet peppers, mushrooms and beans

  4. 4

    Put in the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce

  5. 5

    Simmer for 15 minutes to blend flavors
