1 boxlemon cake mix
1 boxlemon flavored instant pudding mix
1 canMountain Dew (12 oz)
3/4 cupvegetable oil
4 largeeggs
2 tbspflour (for bundt pan)
2 tbspconfectioners' sugar

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°.

Lightly grease and flour a bundt pan.

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and pudding mix.

Add the soda, oil and eggs.

Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Remove from the pan and let cool on a wire rack until completely cool.

Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar on top.

I made this cake imagining a cake which was made in a cartoon on Valentine. If you know what I am talking about, please give it a try.The amount of sugar for the pound cake is for the cake to be slightly sweetened. Adjust the amount to your liking If you make a cut in the dough before baking the cake, the cake would be baked nicely. Please make the time to chill after putting the creamy chocolate in between the cake to be at least 3 hours. Unless it will fall apart when you take it out. Recipe by Sarichirusan
