500 gchopped goat meat
4tomatoes
1onion
Cooking oil
Garlic
Garlic powder
Royco
Salt

Boil the goat meat till tender.

Drain water and add garlic and onions.

Add cooking oil and cook for 2 mins

Add tomatoes and cook till sofens
5

Add enough water with salt, garlic powder and royco.

Cover to cook for 10 mins

Serve with Ugali
