Pressure cook toor dal and green moong dal upto 4-5 whistle until mushy with turmeric powder and salt. then mash it up with a ladele and set aside.

Heat ghee in a pan,and add the cumin seeds, garlic, onion and saute till the golden brown. then add tomato and saute till row small of tomato leaves and is mushy.

Wash spices and add it to the tempered items. saute till the shrinks in siz. add red chilli powder and transfer this to the cooked dal. and give a stir allow it to cook for 3-5 minutes in on flame.

Then mash it up with a ladele to combine well. allow if for a boil and switch it off as per you required consistency. Serve hot with rice.
