Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1 cupcashewnuts
  2. 2 mediumpeeled (or frozen) mango
  3. 3 tbspcoconuts oil
  4. 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak cashewnuts to water for 3hrs or more.

  2. 2

    Put soaked cashewnuts with water, coconuts oil and mango into blender. Mix well untill smooth.

  3. 3

    Put mixture into cups or glass which you like. Keep in fridge for 3 hrs or more.

  4. 4

    Good to put into small glass and add mint leaves on top.
