chop veggies, heat the olive oil then add the onions, sweet peppers and dill

after a few minutes add potatoes and beans and peas and carrots. water and tomato paste, spice up with curry, salt n pepper and chili and dill for that extra kick, mix then cover on low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. once potatoes and hard veggies are soft the dish is ready.
