Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 2eggs (beaten)
  • 3ripe bananas (mushed)
  • 2ripe kiwi (mushed)
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  • 1/4 cupchopped raw almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat oven to 350.

  2. 2

    Cream together butter and sugar.

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl beat eggs, add in banana / kiwi, and vanilla. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add egg mixture to creamed butter/sugar, and combine.

  5. 5

    Sift flour, baking soda, salt, and slowly add to wet mixture. Combine together well.

  6. 6

    Fold in chopped almonds.

  7. 7

    Grease muffin tins, or line with cups.

  8. 8

    Bake untill golden on top, and tooth pick comes out clean.

  9. 9

    Cool. Enjoy! :)
