Ingredients

10boiled mashed potatoes
as neededChopped coriander leaves
as neededBread crumbs
as per tasteSalt
1/2 teaspoonred chilli and black pepper
to tasteGaram masala and chat masala
as neededOil for shallow fry

Take a bowl and add potato, onion, bread crumbs, peanuts, corriender, garam masala

Then add salt, red chilli, black pepper, ginger and mix it well to make a dough and shape it round.

Heat on medium flame till kabab gets golden brown from both side.

Serve it with any chutney.
