For those pomo lovers like me i love to make my plantain porridge with diced pomo and fresh tomatoes...you need to try this
Steps

Peel the plantains,wash and dice into cubes. Wash and dice the tomatoes and onions.

Soak the dry fish in hot water and debone them

Put the diced plantains,then the pomo,dryfish, tomatoes and onions in pot

Add the seasoning,salt,pepper then add water just enough to cover the plantain
- 5
Cook till the water is almost dry then add the crayfish,after which you add the palmoil
- 6
Cook for about 3 minutes then stir,add the scent leaves,cover the pot and cook for about 1 minute

Food is ready,now enjoy your meal and feel the pomo
