  4. 1/4green tea (water or your favorite juice)
  5. 1 1/2 cupCrushed ice

    Add the fruit to your blender

    Now get your favorite juice and pour it right in.

    Get the cup of ice and put it in the blender.

    Mmmm done (: drink up and enjoy. It taste pretty good with out it but you can add some yogurt if you'd like.
