Ingredients

  • 1 cupwater
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 1 cupcorn syrup
  • 2 cupspanish peanuts
  • 1 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 2 tbspoleo
  • 2 tspbaking soda (heaping)

Steps

  1. 1

    cook to a soft boil (240 degree temp).

  2. 2

    Add Peanuts and salt.

  3. 3

    Cook to hard crack (30 degree temp)

  4. 4

    Remove from stove and add vanilla, oleo, baking soda

  5. 5

    Pour out onto a foil lined cookie sheet.

  6. 6

    After cooled, break into pieces and put into an airtight container.
