Steps

Mix egg and water add flour knead 5 minutes put into bowl 30 minutes

Separate into 6 equal pieces take one roll out 12 inches making very thin

Take a handkerchief fill with cornstarch tie loose ends use for dusting

Cut the dough into 4 equal pices this will make egg roll wrappers
- 5
Cut the dough into three equal portions vertically and the horizontal then this will give you wonton wrappers
- 6
Dust with cornstarch stack on one another till ready to use
