  • 1chicken breast
  • 1/2onion, chopped
  • 1/2red pepper, chopped
  • 1 packetSchwartz Chargrilled Chicken Pasta Mix
  • 1vegetable oil
  • 237 gramscan of tinned tomatoes
  • 50 mlmilk
  • 200 gramspasta

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the chicken and vegetables in a large bowl and combine with the packet mix.

  2. 2

    Fry the chicken and vegetables in a pan for 5-6 minutes until browned.

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes and milk whilst stirring and simmer for 2-3 minutes. S

  4. 4

    Stir in the cooked pasta and then serve.
