  1. Veggie Topping
  2. 1 eachwhite onion
  3. 6 smalltomatoes
  4. 1 mediumcucumber
  5. 1 mediumlettuce
  6. Taco Sauce:
  7. 1/4 kgground beef
  8. 1 smallred bell pepper
  9. 1 smallcarrot
  10. 1pepper and salt
  11. 1sugar
  12. 1chili powder
  13. 2 dozenmini tacos
  14. 1mayonnaise
  15. 1parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    FOR THE TACO SAUCE:Saute ground beef, carrots and red bell pepper in olive oil.

    Add a bit of pepper , salt ,sugar and chili powder to taste.(optional)

    Let it cool and set aside.

    FOR THE TACO TOPPING:

    Chop the veggie toppings and refrigerate.

  6. 6

    Fill the taco shell with the sauce, veggie toppings.

  7. 7

    Add/sprinkle mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.
