Combine fish, oil, and spices in large ziplock. Marinate for an hour or more in the fridge.

Combine yogurt, cilantro base, and cumin in airtight container. Refrigerate for an hour or more.

Bake fish at 350 for 15 minutes (or until it flakes with a fork)

Put chunks of fish on small tortillas, add sauce and toppings.
