Ingredients

  1. 1 cupLeft over masala of Batata Wada
  2. 1chopped onion, tomato and Green chilli
  3. 1/2 tspMustard oil
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1 cupArrowroot / Fine Cornflour
  6. 1 cupsuji/semolina
  7. 1 handfulChopped Coriander leaves
  8. 1 pinch garam masala
  9. as per needOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the masala with chopped onion, green chilli, tomato, salt, garam masala, suji, chopped coriander leaves and knead a little soft dough..

    Make balls and press them to flat gently with help ofarrowroot flour/Fine Corn Flour.

    Fry them on PAN until golden brown on both the sides 1 by 1 with the help of 1/2tsp oil..

    Serve hot with Sour Curd or Chilli Sauce
