Steps

Place the flour onto a bowl, leave some for rolling preferably 1/4 of the flour. To the rest of the flour add salt and sugar.

Add 40ml of cooking oil in the flour and add water as you start to knead.

Keep adding water while kneading. Stop when all the dough comes together

Knead until the dough doesn't stick at your hands. When the dough is ready place on a flat surface and roll until flat.

Spread oil on top of the flat dough to cover all parys and cut into strips and roll tjem into balls.

Roll the balls into flat chapatis. Place pan to heat up as you roll the others.

When finished rolling place chapati on pan and add 2 tbsp oil below it and above ot. Then let it cook unt some how brown. Turn and cook the bottom side until golden brown
