  1. 100 gramsSelf Raise Flour
  2. 2 tbspButtermilk or Full Cream Milk
  3. 100 gramsFine Sugar
  4. 5Eggs
  5. 1/2 tbspOvalet
  6. 1 tbspVanilla Essence
  7. 100 gramsSalted Butter / Margarine

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven at 145'C

  2. 2

    Cream both fine sugar and salted butter / margarine.

  3. 3

    Add in rest of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat stiffly to mix well.

  4. 4

    Add in the creamed butter / margarine. Beat little bit more to mix well.

  5. 5

    Pour into favourite baking pan and bake for 30 - 40 minutes.

  6. 6

    Poke in the centre with a Cake tester. Its done when the tester comes out clean.
