I like mixing hanpen fish cakes and eggs together and cooking it . I turned it into a simple recipe.

Mash up the hanpen through the bag without a knife.

Combine the hanpen, egg, and cheese.

Mix it all together~.

Heat oil (not listed) in a small pan, pour the mixture from step 3, give it a quick stir, and cover with a lid.

Reduce to a very low heat after covering with a lid. It is convenient to leave it be at a very low heat while you cook other dishes. It is done once the surface dries.

Flip it over onto a dish. This is what it will look like in low heat.
