Ingredients

1 1/2 lbGround beef
3 cloveGarlic (pressed and divided)
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
8 ozVelveeta Cheese (cubbed) or a tad bit more for a cheesier sandwich
2 tbspMilk
1Onion (finely chopped)
8Pretzel Rolls-Split (or hamburger buns)
1Garnish-Mustard, ketchup, mayo, pickles, tomato, etc.
OPTIONAL:
1Green Pepper
1Hamburger Seasoning

Brown beef in a skillet with one clove of garlic and seasonings.

Drain and mix with remaining ingredients in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
