Keep water to boil on high flame. Give cross on top of each tomatoes and put in and boiling water

After 4-5 mins take out and transfer it in cold water. Remove the skin and blend it

In a kadai add butter splutter shahi jeera and Kali Miri.add garlic then onion and saute. Add tomato pulp (blended) stir let it boil remove cool and blend in mixer.

Strain the blended mixture in strainer. Then add milk and boil again. Add salt and some sugar to taste.

If you like spicy add white pepper powder and serve
