Steps

Cut onion and potato into 1/4 in. slices.

Place onion on bottom of slow cooker then add potato (you can also add carrot here if you like them)

Combine broth, wine, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour over veggies.

Combine salt, pepper and paprika and coat chicken. Put thighs on top

Low 7-8 hrs high 4-5hrs

NOTE: you can make a gravy using to juice
