Ingredients

2Fish filets
Dry Rub
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tsponion powder
1/2 tsppaprika
1/4 tsplemon pepper
1/4 tspsea salt
Butter Topping
2 clovechopped garlic
2 tbspfresh chopped parsley
3 tbspbutter

Steps

Mix dry rub together.

Sprinkle dry rub on fish.

Melt butter topping ingredients together. (This can be done on the grill in a pan to make it easier to access. )

Lightly oil grill grates.

Grill fish. After you flip drizzle with butter topping. Finish grilling fish.

Serve with rice. Enjoy!
