First wash the spanish and methi

Boiled it and grind it

Take a pan heat oil add garlic

Add onion and green chilli saute till pinkish

Add all vegetable saute for 2 min

Add tomato lid it for 2 min

Add all masala and mix well

Than add fresh cream mix well

Than add grind spinach and methi

Mix well

Saute till greavy will thick and oil come out

Now switch the gas

Serve with fulka or naan
