Mix chat masala, salt, turmeric and keep it aside.

Soak chana dal for 6 hrs. And strain out all water. And spread it on dry cloth and wait for 1 hour.

First fry green chillies in hot oil and fry till it become brown but not burnt. And remove it

In same oil deep fry dal till golden in shade. Fried chilli will enhance oil flavour and that will reflect in dal.

Now put fried dal on tissue to absorb extra oil. Sprinkle above masala mixture and store it in sealed container.
