Soak moong dal for 4-5 hrs.

Now take all ingredients together and grind it together. Add water if batter become so dry.

Now using teaspoon put moong dal batter in hot oil and fry it till it starts floating on top and become golden.

Serve it with chutney.

If you dont have rice flour, use soda bicarb to make it crispy.
