Steps

Chop all vegetables fine. Grind fine paste of ingredients mention above.

Now heat 1 tbsp oil in kadhai and add made paste in it with all masala.

Now mix it well and let it cook till it changes colour and seperates oil.

Now add all vegetables and mix it. And add 2 cup of water. And add salt and pressure cook it for 3 whistle.

Open lid and let it reduce again and serve it.

Garnish it with onion and garam nan
