Ingredients

  1. 1/4 stickcinnamon
  2. 1/4 tspcumin seed
  3. 6Japanese chile pods
  4. 5California chile pods
  5. 1/2circle of abuelita mexican chocolate
  6. 2whole cloves
  7. 1handful of peanuts
  8. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  9. 4 cupchicken broth
  10. 1salt to taste
  11. 1 clovegarlic
  12. 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    char all dry ingredients except salt garlic and chocolate

  2. 2

    add all ingredients to blender, blend, slowly adding broth. blend until very smooth

  3. 3

    salt to taste

  4. 4

    in a pot add oil and heat, when heated add mole and let slowly come to a boil then simmer 10 minutes

  5. 5

    serve over chicken or torta de camaron
