Heat ghee in a wok.

Put wheat flour in it.

Stir it continuously on low flame.

Roast wheat flour till brown.

Meanwhile put a vessel on flame boil water and sugar till sugar dissolves.

Add this sugar syrup in roasted flour.

Mix properly on low flame till water evaporates.

Add cardamom powder and switch off flame.
- 9
Serve aate ka halwa and enjoy.
