Steps

In a pan heat water along with 1 tsp salt and 1tbsp oil. When water comes to boil turn off the gas and add cous cous. Keep covered with lid for 5 minutes.

In the mean time prepare the dressing. Mix oil, lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Keep aside.

Now in a bowl add the chopped vegetables, dressing and couscous.

Serve cold or warm as desired
