Firstly we making the stuffing so grind the soaked dal with garlic and chilli but with out adding water

Now we add salt and turmeric in dal paste mix it well keep aside.

Now we make the dough so take rice flour add salt and ghee mix it now knead the dough with Lukewarm water

Now put some in your hand and knead again and make soft dough

Now make a small size poori with help of your hand don't need to rolling pin but poori get little thick

Now stuff the full spoon of stuffing and fold like gujiya

Now steam the all fara

When fara is completely cool down(I'mein keep fara sometime in fridge)

Now put kadai on gas and hot the oil and deep fry the cool fara.

Now serve the crispy fara with soya chutney, ketchup and sliced onion.
