Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 2medium seed yellow pepper
  3. 3medium seed red pepper
  4. 1medium onion
  5. 1 kgSmoked stock fish
  6. 100 mlgroundnut oil
  7. 1 teaspooncurry
  8. to tasteSalt and seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil rice.

  2. 2

    Sieve the rice and set aside

  3. 3

    Slice the onions, pepper and tomatoes

  4. 4

    Wash the stockfish and de-bone

  5. 5

    Heat the oil and fry the sliced onions, pepper and tomatoes for 30sec

  6. 6

    Add the stock fish, seasoning cubes, salt and curry.

  7. 7

    Add 300ml of boiled water and add the rice.

  8. 8

    Taste for seasoning and allow to cook.

  9. 9

    You can garnish with egg.
