Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspolive oil
  2. 1 smalldiced onion
  3. 3 largetomatoes, chopped
  4. 4 ozmushrooms, sliced
  5. 2garlic cloves, minced
  6. 1fresh basil, torn
  7. 1salt & pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat saute pan add olive oil

  2. 2

    Cook onion a few minutes add garlic & tomatoes, saute 5 minutes add mushrooms. Cook 5 - 10 min. Season with salt & pepper. Add basil, reason if needed.
