Par boil the yam with little salt and set aside

Parboil beans in little salt until soft and sieve out the water.

Then place a pot with groundnut oil on the fire and allow to heatup then add the gino magic paste

Stir and add the mashed scotch bonnet pepper and add little seasoning
- 5
Stir well and fry for 30secs then add the par boiled beans
- 6
Add the parboiled yam

Then add the deboned smoked titus fish and sliced green leaves
- 8
Stir well and allow to cook for 3 minutes
