Ingredients

40 to 50 min.
  • 4eggs
  • 1 1/4 cupsvegetable oil
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 2tea vanilla
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 2tea baking soda
  • 2tea baking powder
  • 1/2tea salt
  • 2tea ground cinnamon
  • 3 cupsgrated carrots
  • Pecans and raisins optional

Steps

40 to 50 min.
  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 350°C

  2. 2

    In large bowel beat together eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla

    Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon

    Fold in carrots opt also pecans and raisins

    Put in 9×13 baking dish for 40 to 50 min.

    When cool frost with cream cheese frosting
