19big size tomatoes seed(blend)
10fresh pepper to taste(blend)
2big size onions blended
spring onions diced
chicken stock
to tastesalt
1 tspcurry powder
4knorr cube
vegetable oil

Steps

Parboil rice and wash well. Put your dry pot on heat add oil and fry your onions, pepper and tomatoes paste.

Add knorr cube, curry powder, salt and stir

Add chicken stock allow to boil then add your rice.

Allow to cook until rice becomes tender and stuck dried up. Add your spring onions stir. jollof rice is ready.
