Cut the chicken into bite size piece our a little bigger

Put the cut chicken in with egg mix well an let set while you make the flour and seasoning

In a bowl mix flour and all the spices

Pour oil into a pan enough to cover the chicken let the oil get hot before adding the chicken

Dip chicken in flour and fry until golden brown
